Fair terms. In plain English.
Last updated: 19 May 2026. By using Oasa, you agree to the items below. They are short and free of legalese on purpose.
01.The deal in one sentence
You use Oasa to organise your work. We do our best to keep it calm, private, and working. Neither of us owns the other anything beyond that.
02.Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, the security of that account is on those providers. If you suspect compromise, write to hello@oasa.app and we’ll lock things down.
03.Your content
Everything you write in Oasa — Oases, Seeds, notes — is yours. We don’t claim a licence to it. We store it so we can show it back to you, and we will delete it on request.
04.Our content
The app design, code, brand language (“Oasa”, “Zen Garden”, “Plant”, “Harvest”), illustrations and trademarks belong to us. Please don’t clone the app and put your name on it.
05.Pricing
Oasa is free. We may introduce optional paid features later (extra Oases, themes, advanced reminders). Anything currently free will stay free for current accounts. We will never paywall features you already rely on.
06.Acceptable use
Don’t use Oasa to harass, deceive, or hurt anyone. Don’t try to reverse engineer the service to attack it. We can suspend accounts that do.
07.Availability & changes
We’ll try to keep Oasa available, but we make no uptime promise — it’s a free service. We may change the app, add features, or remove ones we couldn’t make work. For material changes we’ll email you 14 days ahead.
08.Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Swiss law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months. Which, since the app is free, is most likely CHF 0.
09.Closing your account
Settings → Account → Delete. Your data is removed within 30 days. You can also write to hello@oasa.app.
010.Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Switzerland.
