About Oasa
A small Swiss team, making one calm tool for focused work.
Oasa is designed in Switzerland and hosted on servers in Switzerland and Germany. We are a self-funded studio — no investors, no growth-hack metrics, no “notification storm” tactics. We are building the productivity tool we ourselves want to use for the next ten years.
Why we made it
Most productivity apps optimise for the wrong audience: the person buying them, not the person using them. Streaks make screenshots; red badges drive sessions; AI summaries make press releases. None of it makes the actual work easier.
We wanted the opposite: a quiet, beautiful app that respects your attention, doesn’t care if you take a week off, and rewards depth over volume. The Zen Garden, the Tend timer, the Plant / Harvest / Let It Rest vocabulary — every choice points toward calm.
Where it’s made
Designed and developed in Switzerland. Servers in Switzerland (primary) and Germany (secondary backups). Your data is governed by the Swiss FADP and the EU GDPR — two of the strictest privacy regimes in the world.

- Raise venture capital that requires us to grow at any cost.
- Add generative AI features that rewrite or coach your work.
- Show you ads. Sell your data. Embed third-party trackers.
- Build streak mechanics, public leaderboards, or social shame loops.
- Move your data outside Switzerland or the EU.
